Top-quality, sustainable-practice chocolate sources provide the raw chocolate refined to our Chocolatier’s exacting specifications. Fruit and nut ingredients are procured through trusted relationships with local organic gardeners and farmers. Sugars, spices, and flavorings are homegrown and inspired by YELLOW CASHMERE’S seasonal Ojai garden or secured through renowned spice merchants from source countries. Each and every ingredient is personally selected by our Chocolatier for optimum quality and evocative essence. The alchemy and experience of every flavor and texture combination is divined by our Chocolatier. While retaining the integrity of each delicious confection, a vegan option is available. Simply select “VEGAN” in the dropdown when ordering.

The Passion

Our Chocolatier’s love affair with passion fruit goes back to one Spring day at the Ojai farmers’ market when he tasted the fruit for the first time. THE PASSION is a testament to his love for this exotic, bold, and flavorful delicacy.
