The Passion

Our Chocolatier’s love affair with passion fruit goes back to one Spring day at the Ojai farmers’ market when he tasted the fruit for the first time. THE PASSION is a testament to his love for this exotic, bold, and flavorful delicacy.

The Blossom

Inspired by childhood memories of Orange blossom scent. In the Spring, our Chocolatier and his father enjoyed going to farms to pick fruits and flowers. The intoxicating scent of the Spring blossoms is a cherished memory that our Chocolatier evokes in this unique, delectable chocolate creation.

The Rose

Inspired by childhood memories of our chocolatier’s favorite jam made with rose petals. Our chocolatier’s mother’s quest for the most fragrant edible rose petals often resulted in the most otherworldly perfume-like jam creation. THE ROSE is its chocolate incarnation.

The Pixie

When our Chocolatier planted 22 little orange trees in his Ojai garden, he wasn’t sure why he needed so many.
